BIO  |  A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Eliot Popkin began writing poetry and singing at age six. A musical scholar, both in the classroom and the studio, he graduated from Berklee College in three years with a BA in Songwriting. His debut album "Down Along This road", released on POP Records in 1999, received rave reviews and national radio airplay on more than 110 stations. With songs that define his life and speak on the human condition, his current release "Endless Ride" is Winner of the Muse Muse's Award for the Best Contemporary Male CD of 2005.

Having lost his mother to breast cancer in 1987, he's been very passionate about doing whatever he can to honor her spirit and give back to the community. Now a resident of Los Angeles, aside from his musical endeavors, Eliot is co-founder and Vice President of The Ellie Fund, a non profit organization whose mission is to fight breast cancer and ease its effects on patients and their families.
